Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

  • We ship orders Monday - Friday, Except on Major US Holidays.
  • Packages are Sent via: USPS First Class, USPS Priority, Fedex Smart Post, or Fedex Ground.
  • If all items are in stock, we generally within 1-3 business days. 
  • Our cut-off time for Overnight orders is 2pm PST.  
  • Expedited Shipping is Not Available Online - Please Call or Email to Place an Expedited Shipment Order.

  • We currently do not export our products. Please Contact one of our International Distributors for exporting.

    RETURNS

    Returns are excepted within 30 days of purchase, and must be new and in unused condition. Due to Federal Health Laws, we are unable to return any used items. Exchanges are excepted within 30 days of purchase, and must be new and in unused condition. Please contact us via email if you wish to return or exchange an item: Orders@ShaverSpecialty.com - We will send you an RMA form to be completed & returned with your package to insure proper routing.

    Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred for sending returns and we cannot reimburse you for these costs.

    We do charge a 25% restocking fee for returns on bulk purchases.
